Quality and Environmental Management System Policy
We are the senior management at AGM company and in order to maintain the status of our company and believe in the importance of applying international standards including the Quality Management System Specification ISO 9001 : 2015 and the Environmental Management System Specification ISO 14001 : 2015 (as a Management System Integrated) we undertake to apply these specifications and set goals that fit them, so we have created a system that meets the requirements of the specifications in order to ensure the continued application of this system and ensure its effectiveness, we are committed to the following:
- Working to provide a product and service that complies with the specifications and standards required in engineering & consulting studies and with the need of the market and to satisfy our customers.
- Providing the necessary high-quality resources and qualified human resources to work for us and the necessary training for employees and spreading awareness in the fields of Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety.
- Work within the required conditions to preserve the environment and prevent pollution while taking care to protect the environment from any impact that may result about our business.
- Setting standards to control risks and opportunities, in order to maintain product and service quality, environmental protection in the company and commitment by providing everything possible to ensure the quality of services and prevent environmental pollution.
- Full compliance with the application of laws and other requirements and legislation related to consulting and engineering undertakings.
- Setting quality and environmental goals, ensuring that product and service requirements are met in pursuit of our customers ‘ satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
- Creating a spirit of cooperation and an appropriate working atmosphere, for effective communication between all employees and urging them to continuously improve performance and develop working methods.
To ensure that the above is achieved, we will make sure that this policy is public, clear and available to everyone, and we will work on review the policy, objectives and risks of the quality and environment management system annually according to the requirements of the above specifications.
